The Front Door
Stepping through the front door, you’re immediately wrapped in light from the floor-to-ceiling glass and a perfectly framed view of the lake stretching out in front of you. The open entry, warm wood floors, and clean modern lines make the house feel both impressive and instantly comfortable, like it’s been waiting just for you. Every step inside feels like a transition from the outside world into your own calm, private retreat on the water.
The primary bathroom feels like a spa carved out of stone, with the oversized walk-in shower and its stone accents making every shower feel intentional, not rushed. Soft lighting, double sinks, and rich textures make it a space where you actually want to linger.

The kitchen wraps around a wide view of the water, turning even a simple coffee into a moment where the river feels like part of the room.

Downstairs, the basement centers around the pool table and warm wood finishes, creating the perfect place to unwind, host friends, or disappear for a quiet game at night.

The bedroom is simple and intentional, with the bed facing a wall of glass so you wake up to the lake instead of an alarm clock. Natural materials, soft light, and the mix of stone and wood make it feel like a private suite in a luxury retreat you never have to check out of.
Hiding Behind the Door...

What could very well be one of 2191 River Road's biggest secrets is what's behind the garage door, let's take a peek!
1975
Jaguar E-Type
A timeless icon, sculpted in red with curves that defined an era.
For anyone who doesn't know, the Jaguar E-Type is widely considered as one of the greatest cars ever made. To those who are familiar with it, there is no introduction required.

The spirit of the ’70s, alive in polished chrome and raw performance.

The spirit of the ’70s, alive in polished chrome and raw performance.

The 1975 Jaguar E-Type is powered by Jaguar’s 5.3-litre all-alloy V12, a single-overhead-cam-per-bank engine fed by four carburetors. It isn’t about high-rev race-car drama as much as effortless torque—smooth, quiet pull from low rpm that suits the E-Type’s grand-touring character. In period it made around 240–270 hp depending on market and emissions gear, but what people really remember is how eerily silky and relaxed it feels for a 1970s sports car.

2023 Aston Martin Vantage
(special edition)

The 2023 Aston Martin V12 Vantage is the “last loud shout” of the current Vantage era, cramming a 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 with about 690 hp and 555 lb-ft into Aston’s smallest body. It gets a wider body, serious aero, lots of carbon fibre and ceramic brakes to match the performance, while the cabin is lined with hand-stitched leather, Alcantara and Q-division personalization. With production capped at just 333 coupes and all sold out, it’s as much a collectible swan song for the Aston V12 as it is a brutal driver’s car.
